We understand that your privacy is very important and we are committed to protecting the personal information we collect from you. The Privacy Act and the IPP’s govern the way in which we must manage your personal information and this policy sets out how we collect, use, disclose and otherwise manage personal information about you.

Registrations

Please follow the online link to register for the conference. Registrations will close March 20, 2024 . Your registration and participation will be confirmed after receiving your completed registration form, payment and verification of your credentials. Our confirmatory message along with your registration number and details confirms your acceptance into the program. We also reserve the right to reject any application.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancelling your Registration

Cancellation requests must be sent a week prior to the program. Such cancellations will incur a 10% administrative charge. Requests for cancellation post this period will not get any refund.

Photography

By registering for this program, you consent to having your photo taken and used for promotional purposes, this may include Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, NICE Website, and Conference Website & Email Marketing. If you do not wish to have your photo taken please advise our staff.

Should the event not happen due to reasons beyond control, we will try to reschedule the same failing which we will refund your money.
