NCORE 2025 – Terms & Conditions

General

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information collected from you during the registration and participation process.

Registrations

  • Please register online through the official NCORE 2025 registration link.
  • Registrations will close on October 8, 2025.
  • Confirmation of your registration and participation will be provided after receipt of the completed registration form, payment, and verification of credentials.
  • A confirmatory message with your registration number will serve as proof of acceptance into the program.
  • The organizers reserve the right to reject any application.

Late & Spot Registrations

  • Spot registrations will be available on the day of the conference (October 12, 2025).
  • Spot registration fee: ₹3000 for all categories.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be received in writing (email to ncorechennai@gmail.com).
  • A cancellation request is valid only upon written confirmation from the organizers. If you do not receive acknowledgment within two business days, please contact us at the given email.
  • Cancellation requests received at least one week before the program will incur a 10% administrative charge.
  •  
  • Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
  • All registrations are non-transferable.

Photography & Media

By registering for this program, you consent to being photographed or recorded. These images/videos may be used for promotional purposes, including the conference website, email communication, and social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X).
If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the registration desk on-site.

Event Rescheduling or Cancellation

In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizers’ control leading to event cancellation, efforts will be made to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, registration fees will be refunded.

Student Registrations

  • Students must upload or present a Bonafide Certificate from their Department Head or provide a valid Institution ID card.

Registration Fee Includes

  • Admission to all scientific sessions, poster displays, and exhibition areas
  • Delegate kit
  • Vegetarian lunch, tea, and snacks
